Gentex Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

ZEELAND, MI--(Marketwired - Aug 20, 2013) - Gentex Corporation (NASDAQ: GNTX), the Zeeland, Michigan-based manufacturer of automatic-dimming rearview mirrors and camera-based lighting-assist and driver-assist systems for the automotive industry, commercial fire protection products and dimmable aircraft windows, today announced that its Board of Directors recently declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 (14 cents) per share that will be payable October 18, 2013, to shareholders of record of the common stock at the close of business on October 4, 2013.
