Shareholders, both domestic and foreign, can create and access their account at http://shareholder.broadridge.com
Once you have set up your account, you can update your address, replace checks, view statements, retrieve tax documents and can also enroll for electronic delivery of proxy material. Foreign shareholders are required to check the box that says non-US citizen and proceed from there.
Beneficial holders who have their shares with a broker can go directly to their broker and sign up for e-delivery of annual report and proxy mailings.
