Management Team

Matt Fox joined Gentex in 2014 as Director of Mechanical Engineering, and was promoted to Vice President of Mechanical Engineering in 2016. He moved into the role of Vice President of Materials, Research and Development in 2022. Prior to joining Gentex, he held engineering positions of increasing responsibility at Delfield Corporation, Prince Corporation and Johnson Controls. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design Engineering from Ferris State University, and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Western Michigan University.
